WHERE DID THE YEAR GO?

As I have aged my state of mind and emotions have changed, and so have my paintings. For the last ten years, I have pushed into more abstraction.  First, my landscapes became more abstract using more emotion and less detail. Then I ventured into more non-objective works.   I knew abstract painting was one of the most difficult art practices and with advancements in acrylic paint, one could combine in the same work several different mediums.  Now I am ten years in and still learning.  Where did the time go?
